I sent my return back thinking it would be straightforward, but it turned into a mess. I kept waiting for the refund to show up, checking back every so often, and still nothing came through. it’s been frustrating.

I checked out Mimi Luzon it does come across like a real brand. The website is easy to browse and the products look nice, but I guess I expected more clear info, especially around returns and customer support. Since the prices are on the higher side, I’d want to feel a little more confident before placing a big order. I didn’t notice anything that felt sketchy, but there just wasn’t quite enough detail to fully put me at ease. Overall, it seems fine, but I’d probably start small before spending too much.

I was excited to try this, but putting it on turned into more of a project than I expected. I thought it would be quick and simple, but it got messy fast and I couldn’t quite get it applied the right way. By the time I was done, I felt more frustrated than anything. So... I did like the creams overall. They feel nice on my skin and have a good texture, but for the price, I expected a bit more. They’re not bad at all, I’m just not totally sure they’re worth the cost.

Would I buy again? Maybe, but probably only if there was a sale. I’ve tried other skincare that felt comparable for less, so I’m a little on the fence. Nice overall, just not sure the value is quite there for me.

I ordered from mimi-luzon.com the packaging just felt really off. The box was kind of flimsy and looked like it had been through a lot, and one of the items had leaked a little inside, which was just not a great thing to open up.
For what it costs, I expected things to feel way more secure and put together. I can’t totally explain it, but it gave me a bad feeling, like the order wasn’t handled with much care. I don’t think I’d order again if this is the usual way they ship stuff

Tried one product from mimi-luzon.com and it was alright. No bad reaction or anything, which was good. Just wish the ingredients and safety details were easier to find before buying. With skincare, like knowing exactly what’s going on my face. Not a terrible experience, just left me a little unsure. 3 stars.
